Delete your account
In the app
- Long-press an empty spot on the home screen and open Account.
- Tap Delete account, then tap again to confirm.
Without the app
Email [email protected] from the Google account you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my Atadei account”. We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.
Delete some of your data, and keep your account
- A phone: long-press the home screen, open Account, and tap Remove next to the phone under Phones. Its code and name are deleted from your account.
- Your Wishlist: in Drops, long-press a Drop on your Wishlist and choose to remove it. Each Drop taken off is deleted from our records.
- Anything else (your @handle, gift messages, or other details): email [email protected] from the Google account you signed in with and say what you'd like deleted. We do it within 30 days and reply to confirm.
Records of purchases are kept for up to 7 years for tax and refunds, as described below.
What is deleted
- Your account: your email and name from Google, and your @handle.
- Your Drop ownership, including the Founder's Edition, your gift inbox and your saved Drop settings.
- Your list of phones and your Wishlist.
What is kept
- Records of purchases, with nothing linking them to you, for up to 7 years for tax and refund purposes.
- If you claimed a launch-offer Drop, the record that one was claimed, with nothing linking it to you (it still counts toward the 12).
- Gifts you sent that the other person already opened stay theirs.
Deleted accounts can't be restored, and Drops bought on them can't be recovered.
